Shipping and Orders

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Australia.

Shipping costs and availability are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Can I change or cancel my order?

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or defective out of the box, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@greemloo.com.

Please include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video showing the damage. Once reviewed, we will offer a free replacement.

Does Greemloo Pro treat sleep apnea?

Greemloo Pro is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent sleep apnea or any medical condition.

If you experience choking, gasping, breathing pauses, severe daytime sleepiness, chest pain, or suspected sleep apnea, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Can Greemloo Pro stop snoring completely?

Results vary from person to person.

Greemloo Pro is designed to support quieter, more comfortable nights, but we cannot guarantee that it will completely eliminate snoring for every user. Consistency, correct placement, individual anatomy, sleep position, lifestyle, and the underlying cause of snoring can all affect results.

How is Greemloo Pro different from mouthpieces or nasal strips?

Is Greemloo Pro waterproof?

No. Greemloo Pro is not waterproof. Do not use it in the shower, bath, swimming pool, or any wet environment. Keep the device dry and store it safely after use.

Do I need replacement patches?

Yes. Adhesive patches are consumable items and should be replaced regularly for hygiene, comfort, and proper adhesion. Do not reuse adhesive patches longer than recommended.

How does the 100-Night Money Back Guarantee work?

To qualify for a results-based refund, you must use Greemloo Pro consistently for a minimum of 45 consecutive nights within the 100-day trial window. Refund requests made before completing this minimum usage period will be strictly denied because the product has not been given enough time to work.

Is the guarantee automatic?
