Shipping and Orders
Where do you ship? We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Australia. We are working on expanding to additional countries soon. Shipping costs and availability are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
How long will it take to receive my order? Delivery times depend on your location:
- Order processing: 24 to 72 hours after purchase.
- United States: typically arrives within 5 to 8 business days.
- Canada and Australia: typically arrives within 7 to 10 business days.
How can I track my package? As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your personal tracking link. You can also visit the Track Your Order page on our website at any time.
Can I change or cancel my order? We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make a change or cancellation, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes.
What if my order arrives damaged? Every PureMist unit is quality-checked before it ships. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or with any issue at all, contact our support team with a photo and we will send a replacement immediately. No return required. Your order is fully insured during transit.

Do I need a prescription to buy PureMist? No prescription required. PureMist ships directly to your door with no doctor visit, no insurance approval, and no bureaucracy. Your medication may still require a prescription depending on your country, but the device itself is available to anyone who needs it, right now.
What medications can I use with PureMist? PureMist is compatible with:
- Distilled water - for general use and humidification
- Saline solution (including hypertonic saline) - for mucus clearance
- Albuterol - for bronchospasm and asthma attacks
- Budesonide - for inflammation management
- Ipratropium - for COPD and chronic bronchitis
- Most standard doctor-prescribed nebulizer medications
Is it safe for young children and newborns? Yes. PureMist includes both an adult mask and a child mask, specifically sized for smaller faces. At under 30 dB, it operates in near-total silence. Maintenance and Cleaning
Will the mesh clog if I use saline solution regularly? PureMist's mesh is engineered to handle daily saline treatments. Simply rinse the medication chamber with clean water after each session and let it air dry. That is all it takes to keep every treatment performing like day one.
How do I clean PureMist between uses? Cleaning is simple and takes less than two minutes:
- After every use: rinse the medication chamber with clean water and let it air dry completely.
- Once a week: soak the chamber in a mild diluted vinegar solution for 10 minutes, rinse thoroughly, and air dry.
What if PureMist stops producing mist after a few weeks? The most common cause of weak or no mist in any mesh nebulizer is mesh occlusion from medication or saline residue. Before contacting support, try this:
- Rinse the medication chamber thoroughly with clean water.
- Soak the chamber in a diluted white vinegar solution for 15 minutes.
- Rinse again and let it air dry completely for at least one hour.
- Attempt a treatment session with distilled water only.
If the mist output does not return to normal after this process, contact our support team.
Battery and Charging
How do I charge PureMist? PureMist charges via the included USB-C cable. You can connect it to any standard USB power source, including a wall adapter, laptop, power bank, car charger, or hotel USB port. No proprietary charger.
Can I use PureMist while it is charging? Yes. PureMist can be used while connected to a USB power source, making it fully functional even if the battery is depleted.
