If a package is returned, delayed, abandoned, refused, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, Greemloo™ may deny refunds or charge additional shipping fees for reshipment.

Filing a chargeback for an order where tracking confirms the package was "Delivered", or filing a chargeback for "Not as Described" because you did not meet the 45-night usage requirement, is considered fraudulent activity. SECTION 19 - GLOBAL MANUFACTURING AND PACKAGING VARIATIONS

To maintain global availability and rapid fulfillment, Greemloo products are manufactured, assembled, and dispatched directly from our international logistics hubs, including facilities in Asia.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that your order may be shipped from an international location. You also explicitly agree that the outer packaging, protective boxes, and physical instruction manuals may not feature custom Greemloo branding, may differ cosmetically from promotional images, and may include international languages.

Receiving a fully functional Greemloo Pro device in unbranded or international packaging, or receiving a shipment dispatched from an international facility, does not render the product defective or "not as described." Such variations strictly do not constitute valid grounds for an order cancellation, refund, or a chargeback dispute.

SECTION 20 - SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed.
