At Greemloo™, your comfort and satisfaction are extremely important to us. We believe in the quality of Greemloo Pro, which is why we offer a 100-Night Money Back Guarantee for eligible customers who use the product consistently and correctly.

Because Greemloo Pro is a personal-use, skin-contact wellness device, returns and refunds are handled strictly according to the conditions below and our comprehensive Return and Refund Policy.

1. Our 100-Night Money Back Guarantee

Greemloo Pro is designed to be used consistently over time to build new nightly habits. Because results may vary, the product must be used for a minimum required trial period before a results-based refund can be requested.

To qualify for a results-based refund under our guarantee, you must:

  • Use Greemloo Pro consistently for a minimum of 45 consecutive nights.
  • Initiate your return request within 100 days from the date your tracking number shows the package as "Delivered".
  • Return the physical device to our designated warehouse.
  • Provide your order number, a brief explanation of your experience, and confirmation of your usage.

Refund requests made before completing the minimum 45-night usage requirement will be denied, as the product has not been given enough time to work as intended. The guarantee is limited to one approved claim per customer, household, or payment method.

2. Damaged or Defective Items & 1-Year Warranty

If your Greemloo Pro arrives damaged or non-functional out of the box, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for an immediate replacement.

Beyond the first 7 days, your Greemloo Pro device is covered by our 1-Year Limited Warranty against electronic manufacturing defects. Valid defect reasons include the device not turning on or failing to hold a charge under normal use.

To review your claim, we will request clear photos or a short video showing the issue. For verified electronic defects within the first year, we will provide a free replacement device (monetary refunds are not issued for warranty claims after the guarantee window has passed).

3. Required Evidence for Returns

To protect our policy from misuse, we cannot approve returns based only on short text descriptions. To request a return or replacement, you must provide:

  • Your order number and the email address used at checkout.
  • Confirmation that you have met the minimum 45-consecutive-night usage requirement (for results-based returns).
  • A clear description of the issue.
  • Photos or videos if reporting a technical defect.
  • A valid return tracking number once your physical return is authorized.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Returns and refunds will be strictly denied in the following cases:

  • The minimum 45-consecutive-night trial was not completed.
  • The request was made after the 100-day guarantee window expired.
  • The physical device was not returned to our designated facility.
  • The product was damaged by customer misuse, dropping, water exposure, or tampering.
  • The product was used with incompatible chargers, unapproved patches, or modifications.
  • The shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete.
  • A chargeback or payment dispute was opened with a bank before allowing our support team to review the case (Chargeback Abuse).
  • The request appears fraudulent, abusive, or made in bad faith.

Important Hygiene Notice: Opened or used adhesive patches are personal-use consumable items and are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, except where required by law.

5. Mandatory Return Shipping

To receive a refund, the physical product must be returned to our designated return facility.

  • We do not issue refunds based on photos, videos, or claims of product disposal.
  • Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Greemloo™ does not provide pre-paid return shipping labels.
  • Do not send any product back without written authorization and the correct return address from our support team. Unauthorized returns, or packages marked as "Return to Sender", will not be accepted or refunded.
  • Original shipping fees, priority processing, taxes, and shipping protection fees are non-refundable.

6. How to Request a Return

  • Please include your full name, order number, confirmation of the 45-night minimum usage, and the reason for your request.

7. Return Inspection and Processing

Once your return request is authorized, you must ship the item back to us. Our support team will inspect the returned package once it physically arrives at our warehouse.

  • Warehouse inspections take 3 to 5 business days after delivery.
  • If approved, your refund (minus any non-refundable fees or consumed patches) will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.

Approval is not guaranteed until Greemloo™ has physically received the return and confirmed that it meets all the requirements of this Returns Policy.
