At Greemloo™, your comfort, safety, and satisfaction are extremely important to us. We stand behind Greemloo Pro with our 100-Night Money Back Guarantee, designed to give your body enough time to respond to the device and build new nightly habits.
Greemloo Pro is a personal-use wellness device. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened and used items are subject to the strict eligibility rules detailed below.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. By purchasing from Greemloo™, you agree to the terms of this Return and Refund Policy.
1. Our 100-Night Money Back Guarantee
Greemloo Pro is designed to be used consistently over time to support gradual muscle conditioning. Because results require consistency, this is not a "try it once and return it" policy.
To qualify for a results-based refund under our 100-Night Money Back Guarantee, you must:
- Use the Greemloo Pro device for a minimum of 45 consecutive nights.
- Initiate your return request within 100 days from the date of delivery.
- Return the physical device in its original packaging.
This policy exists for your benefit, to ensure you give your body a fair chance to experience real improvements. Refund requests made before the minimum 45-night usage period has been completed will be denied, as the product has not been given enough time to work.
2. The Guarantee Window
Your 100-night window begins on the exact date your tracking number shows the package as "Delivered".
- You cannot request a results-based refund before Day 45.
- You cannot request a results-based refund after Day 100.
- Requests submitted outside this specific window will not be eligible for a refund.
3. What the Guarantee Covers
Our 100-Night Money Back Guarantee applies only when a customer has used Greemloo Pro consistently for the required minimum trial period and did not experience a meaningful improvement.
This guarantee applies only to the original purchaser and is limited to one approved results-based refund per customer, household, shipping address, payment method, or order account.
4. Required Evidence for Results-Based Refunds
To protect our guarantee from misuse, we require basic evidence before approving any return request. You must provide:
- Your order number and the email address used at checkout.
- Confirmation that you completed the minimum 45-consecutive-night usage.
- A brief written explanation of your experience.
- We may also ask you to complete a short usage questionnaire to confirm that the product was used correctly and consistently.
5. 1-Year Limited Warranty & Defective Items
If your Greemloo Pro arrives damaged during transit or is dead on arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@greemloo.com to arrange an immediate replacement.
Beyond the first 7 days, your Greemloo Pro device is covered by our 1-Year Limited Warranty against electronic manufacturing defects.
- If the electronic motor fails or stops charging under normal use within 1 year of delivery, we will replace the main device free of charge.
- This warranty covers replacements only. It does not entitle you to a monetary refund if the 100-day guarantee window has expired.
- The warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage, misuse, modifications, or consumable accessories (like adhesive patches).
6. Mandatory Physical Returns & Shipping Costs
To receive a refund, the physical product must be returned to our designated warehouse facility.

We do not issue refunds based solely on photos, videos, or proof of disposal.
- The device must be returned with its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer. Greemloo™ does not provide pre-paid return labels for results-based refunds or change-of-mind returns.
- You must provide us with a valid tracking number for your return shipment. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit by your chosen carrier.
7. Skin Sensitivity and Consumables
Greemloo Pro uses skin-contact adhesive patches. Adhesive patches are consumable, personal-use accessories.
- Opened, used, or unsealed adhesive patches are strictly non-refundable for hygiene reasons, except where required by law.
- If you experience discomfort or a skin reaction, stop using the product. Mild or temporary skin redness does not automatically qualify you to bypass the minimum usage requirements or the physical return rules.
8. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Failure to meet the minimum 45-night usage requirement.
- Requests made after the 100-day guarantee window has expired.
- The physical item is not returned to our warehouse.
- Improper use, accidental damage, dropping, or water damage caused by the customer.
- Use with non-approved chargers, patches, or accessories.
- Opened or used consumable accessories (adhesive patches).
- Refused or failed delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer at checkout.
- Chargeback abuse (opening a payment dispute before allowing our support team to review your request).
- Missing a complimentary, free, or bonus item (see Section 9).
9. Bundles, Promotional Items, and Extra Accessories
If you purchased a bundle or promotional package that includes extra items (described as FREE, bonus, complimentary, gift, etc.), the Money Back Guarantee applies only to the main Greemloo Pro device.
These complimentary items (such as extra patches, straps, or warranty benefits) are subject to availability. If a complimentary item is unavailable, delayed, or substituted, this does not make the full order defective or eligible for a full refund. Greemloo™ may offer store credit or a partial remedy for missing bonus items at its sole discretion.
10. Shipping, Handling, and Protection Fees
Original shipping fees, priority processing fees, taxes, customs duties, and shipping protection fees are non-refundable once the order has been processed and shipped. If your return is approved, your refund will consist of the purchase price of the eligible products, minus any non-refundable fees or consumed accessories.
11. Cancellations and Order Changes
Orders may be cancelled or changed only before they are processed for fulfillment. Once an order has been processed, packed, or assigned a tracking number, it can no longer be cancelled or edited.
12. Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
If tracking shows that your order was "Delivered" to the shipping address provided at checkout, the order is considered legally fulfilled. Greemloo™ is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after the carrier confirms delivery.
13. How to Request a Return or Warranty Claim

Please include:
- Your full name and order number.
- Confirmation that you have met the minimum usage requirement.
- The reason for your request.
- Photos or videos if your item is defective or damaged.
Important: Do not return any product without prior written authorization and our official return address. Packages sent back without authorization or "Return to Sender" packages will not be accepted or refunded.
14. Refund Review and Processing Time
Once your physical return is received at our warehouse, it will be inspected. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow an additional 5 to 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the funds to your account.
15. Abuse Prevention and Final Decision
Greemloo™ reserves the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or submitted in bad faith. This includes repeated claims, false non-delivery claims, or attempting to bypass the return shipping process. Greemloo™ will review every request fairly, and our decisions on eligibility, based on this policy, are final.
